How do I update my billing information?

If you need to update your billing information, please contact your account rep directly. They’ll provide you with the next steps necessary to update your billing information. 👍

What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover). 💳

Do you accept ACH?

Yes, we do. To pay via ACH, please complete the ACH Authorization Payment Form and email it to billing@bluetuskdigital.com. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your billing account has been updated. 😉

What should I do if my payment fails?

If your bill payment fails, please contact your account rep directly. If you need to update your payment method, we’ll provide you with the next steps necessary. If you continue to have issues processing the payment, then contact your bank for assistance. 🙃

When can I expect my account to be charged?

Your can expect your account to be charged every 1st of the month. 📅

Will I receive invoices?

Customers are automatically emailed invoices. Billing will email invoices to the primary owner’s email address unless a request has been made to email invoices to a different email address. 📥

What payment gateway do you use?

We use Stripe, an established, secure payment gateway to process your credit card or ACH payment. 💰

Do you offer any refunds?

Unfortunately, we don’t provide any refunds under any circumstances. 👌

Can I pause services if I’m on a long-term agreement?

We don’t provide the option to pause services for any long-term agreements. 👍
