Outstanding amounts not paid when due will accrue interest at the lesser of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law from the date due until paid.

Ownership of work product
Clients retain full ownership of all PPC accounts, Ad Grant accounts, paid social accounts, ad creative, analytics, landing pages, leads and any other work Blue Tusk Digital creates on their behalf. If the relationship ends for any reason all such assets remain the property of the client.

No guarantee of results
Digital advertising results depend on many factors outside our control including platform algorithm changes, market conditions and audience behavior. Blue Tusk Digital makes no promises, representations, warranties or guarantees regarding the results or effectiveness of any services. You acknowledge that advertising platforms including, but not limited toGoogle, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft may change their policies, algorithms or features at any time and that Blue Tusk Digital has no control over those changes.

The content, design, features and functionality of www.bluetuskdigital.com are the exclusive property of Blue Tusk Digital, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
