Cold email and direct outreach.

We may contact you by email even if you have not previously interacted with us. All commercial emails we send comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes a clear way to opt out of future communications and we honor all opt-out requests within 10 business days. Lookalike audiences and list-based advertising.

We may upload contact information including email addresses to advertising platforms such as Meta and Google to create custom audiences and lookalike audiences for advertising purposes. Your contact information may be matched against user databases maintained by these platforms. You can opt out of this type of advertising through the settings on each respective platform.

Cookies and tracking technologies.

We use cookies, pixels and similar tracking technologies on our website placed by us and by third parties for analytics, advertising and remarketing purposes. Advertising platforms
We run advertising campaigns and remarketing on platforms such as, but not limited to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and Pinterest. Marketing and communications
Sleeknote or a similar platform may be used to display popups on our website and may collect your email address if you submit a popup form.

We plan to use a newsletter software like Mailchimp to manage and send marketing emails in the future. We will update this policy when we decide on the tool we use.

Scheduling
HubSpot Meetings is used for booking calls and consultations. Information you provide when booking is stored in HubSpot.

Zapier is used to automate workflows between our tools and may process your personal information as part of those workflows.

Website hosting and infrastructure
Webflow hosts our website and may collect standard server log data. GoDaddy provides domain and related services.

Payments and invoicing
Stripe and HubSpot are used to process payments and manage invoices. We do not store your payment card details — these are handled directly by Stripe and HubSpot.
